📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with property managers, developers, and owners to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor budgeting and forecasting for assigned properties.
• Resolve financial discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.
• Provide financial advice and recommendations to property managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in the property management industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with property management and JMB operations is a plus.
