📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the hotel.,Prepare and process monthly financial reports and statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Monitor bank reconciliations and prepare necessary adjustments.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.,Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Provide financial support to the management team for decision-making purposes.,Train and mentor junior finance staff on financial procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using financial software and accounting systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
