As a Legal Staff - Intellectual Property (HKI), you will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis of intellectual property matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and providing strategic advice to the legal team. Your expertise will be instrumental in securing patents, trademarks, and copyrights for Indofood's products and innovations, thereby protecting the company's competitive edge in the market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Draft and review legal documents related to intellectual property, such as patent applications, trademark registrations, and copyright notices.
• Provide strategic advice to the legal team on intellectual property matters, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and enforce intellectual property rights, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and protect intellectual property assets, including product innovations and brand elements.
• Assist in the preparation and negotiation of intellectual property agreements and contracts.
• Stay updated on developments in intellectual property law and industry trends to provide proactive and innovative solutions.
• Represent Indofood in intellectual property disputes and proceedings, if necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in intellectual property law, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian intellectual property laws and regulations, including the Indonesian Patent Office (DIKI) and the Indonesian Trademark Office (KIH).
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and databases, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and Google Patent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in intellectual property law or a related field is a plus.
