Shcc Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Drafter to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This role is crucial in supporting our luxury residential and commercial projects, ensuring that our designs are accurately translated into detailed and precise architectural drawings.

As a Senior Architectural Drafter, you will work closely with our team of architects and designers to create high-quality, technical drawings that meet international standards and client expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain accurate architectural drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure drawings are complete and meet project requirements.
  • Review and approve drawings to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
  • Prepare construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
  • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to address any issues or changes in the drawings.
  • Mentor and guide junior drafters to ensure high-quality work standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and software.
  • Ensure all drawings are properly documented and archived for future reference.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural drafting, with a focus on luxury residential and commercial projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
