📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Support the IT department in implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on system performance and security.,Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment and software.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Assist in the development and maintenance of IT documentation.,Support the IT department in planning and executing IT projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.,Knowledge of basic IT support and troubleshooting techniques.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with healthcare IT systems is a plus.,Proficiency in English is a plus.
