As a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, preparing a variety of coffee drinks, espresso-based beverages, and other specialty drinks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, espresso-based beverages, and other specialty drinks using high-quality coffee beans and specialty equipment.
• Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands, to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness.
• Assist in stocking and managing inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies to maintain high standards of quality and freshness.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience for each guest.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized café, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our coffee menu and preparation methods.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff to ensure consistent quality and service standards.
• Participate in daily operations, including opening and closing the café, and contributing to the overall smooth running of the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in a café or coffee shop setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Familiarity with specialty coffee drinks and the ability to create and serve them with high quality.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
