📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, including digital and social media strategies.
• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with retail partners and distributors to ensure smooth product distribution.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and report on KPIs to senior management.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure product quality and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, retailers, and influencers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the apparel and garments industry.
• Proficient in using marketing software such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
