📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, and cooling systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as hardware checks, software updates, and system clean-ups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data center operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize data center solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the security and integrity of data center facilities.
• Provide on-call support during off-hours to address critical issues.
• Document all activities and maintain detailed records for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data center operations or related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, and cooling systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of VMware, Cisco, or other industry-standard tools and software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different locations in Bali.
