Deputy HSE Manager - Construction Safety Leadership Role

As a Deputy HSE Manager, you will work closely with the HSE Manager to develop and implement safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining a safe working environment and mitigating risks on-site.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of safety management systems (SMS) and safety policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations, such as OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution.
• Investigate and document accidents and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certification in OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001 is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, including local and international laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in using safety management software such as SAP Hygiene, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
