📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Prepare and distribute job postings across various platforms.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and recruitment tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
