📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the coordination of training activities, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.,Provide guidance and support to employees in their professional development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
