📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients across Bali to negotiate payment solutions and ensure timely collections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized interactions.
• Use Salesforce and our proprietary CRM system to track and manage client interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the collections team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in collections and customer service.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and other CRM systems.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
