In this role, you will work closely with the finance team, including accountants, auditors, and financial analysts. Your daily tasks will include monitoring financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will also be responsible for managing the company's budget, analyzing financial data, and providing recommendations to senior management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage the company's budget, including preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing, including vendor payments and employee salaries.
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.
