📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and benefits.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR manager in other HR-related tasks and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
