🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems,Understanding of data security and backup procedures,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
