📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks.,Support the IT team in implementing and updating software and hardware.,Provide technical support to staff and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.,Monitor system performance and report any issues to the IT manager.,Assist in the setup and configuration of new IT equipment.,Help in the development and testing of new IT solutions.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Provide user training and support for new IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Good understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux).,Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, C++) is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
