In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with limited experience in the training and development field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs and materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs.,Assist in the development of training budgets and schedules.,Maintain training records and provide reports to management.,Assist in the development of training policies and procedures.,Provide ongoing support and feedback to employees during training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with training software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
