📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Manage and mentor a team of business development representatives.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service innovation.,Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategy.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.,Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Proven track record of success in sales and business development.,Strong networking and relationship-building skills.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
