📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and integration.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Mentor and develop junior talent acquisition team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, software, and platforms.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Bilingual in English and Indonesian is a plus.
