📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and manage licenses, permits, and compliance documents for agricultural projects.
• Collaborate with local authorities and environmental agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with local and international regulations.
• Develop and implement compliance training programs for project teams.
• Monitor and report on compliance status to senior management.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and advise project teams accordingly.
• Ensure all activities are environmentally responsible and comply with conservation standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Environmental Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in licensing, compliance, or regulatory affairs in the agriculture or conservation sector.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and international environmental and agricultural regulations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in environmental compliance or regulatory affairs is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
