• Assist in the preparation and presentation of premium tea and gourmet products.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the store.
• Promote and sell products effectively to enhance the shopping experience.
• Work closely with the team to maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the luxury F&B retail industry.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking to ensure a well-stocked store.
• Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of customers.
• Excellent knowledge of tea and gourmet products, with a passion for the luxury F&B industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg of weight.
