📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and oversee MEP systems for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software to create efficient and reliable MEP designs.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members.
• Maintain and update MEP design documentation and records.
• Participate in project reviews and provide input on design and construction strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in MEP design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Strong understanding of local and international building codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in LEED or other green building standards is a plus.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) principles and practices.
