📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage payroll transactions accurately and efficiently using SAP Payroll and Oracle databases.
• Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to address payroll-related queries and issues.
• Generate and distribute payroll reports, including tax forms and employee statements, in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest payroll regulations and industry best practices to maintain compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll processing and tax filings.
• Provide payroll support during peak periods, such as month-end and year-end, to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and mentor new payroll staff to maintain high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
• Certification in payroll processing, such as CPA or ACCA, is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP Payroll and Oracle databases for payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
