📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to drive high-quality leads and revenue growth.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
• Provide training and support to the marketing team on Meta Ads best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a focus on Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
• Proficiency in using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing tools.
