📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
