📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Manage kitchen budgets and optimize food costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.
