📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and its products.,Train and mentor new sales representatives to ensure consistent performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the retail industry is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
