In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of our clinic, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and cash handling, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our patients and staff.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all financial transactions and ensure accurate recording of all financial activities.,Prepare and maintain financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the collection of patient payments and insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.,Monitor cash flow and manage the clinic's budget, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and financial regulations.,Train and supervise junior accounting staff as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Commitment to providing high-quality service to patients and staff.
