📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and regulations.,Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to help employees grow and develop.,Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Collaborate with management to address organizational challenges and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
