📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.,Familiarity with best practices in employee engagement and retention strategies.
