Gold Go Berjaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Bintaro. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that we provide the best customer service and maintain high sales performance. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the products and services offered.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.,Handle customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed in the store.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure that store performance meets company standards.,Participate in company initiatives and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management position.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations and industry trends.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
