• Design and develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of collections professionals.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Assess the training needs of the collections team and develop tailored training modules.
• Collaborate with the collections team to identify skill gaps and implement solutions to address them.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in collections and training methodologies.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to collections professionals to ensure continuous improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the strategic planning of the collections department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a financial services or collections environment.
• Proficient in using training management software such as Cornerstone or Saba.
• Strong knowledge of collections processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certification in training and development or a related field is a plus.
