📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement innovative curriculum frameworks aligned with national and international educational standards.
• Integrate technology tools such as Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, and educational software platforms into the learning process.
• Collaborate with educators to design and deliver world-class instruction.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest trends in educational technology and pedagogy.
• Create and manage professional development programs for educators.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of curriculum initiatives.
• Work with policymakers to advocate for educational reforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including schools, parents, and community leaders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in curriculum development or educational technology.
• Certification in educational technology or curriculum design is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of educational standards and frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead and manage projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
