📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide on-site technical and operational support for retail and consumer product initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or field service role.
Proven experience with retail equipment and systems, such as POS systems, payment terminals, and inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and retail-specific software such as SAP or Oracle.
