📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 1 and 2 IT support to ensure smooth operation of ERP systems and network infrastructure.
• Maintain and optimize ERP systems, including SAP and Oracle.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for ERP and network systems.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of ERP systems.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our systems are always cutting-edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on ERP systems and network maintenance.
• Certifications in ITIL, SAP, or Oracle are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
