📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities across Bali's prime locations.
• Negotiate and finalize land acquisition deals, ensuring competitive and favorable terms.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential properties, including legal, environmental, and zoning assessments.
• Coordinate with legal, financial, and development teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Utilize AutoCAD and GIS software to analyze and map potential land sites.
• Maintain and update our land acquisition database with detailed property information.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and proposals to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including government officials, developers, and community leaders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in land acquisition and real estate development, preferably in Bali.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing land deals.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian real estate laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and GIS software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
