📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert beauty advice and recommendations to customers, helping them find the perfect products for their needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves our store satisfied and eager to return.
• Stock and organize our retail space, ensuring that our products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers.
• Assist in the management of our inventory, including ordering and receiving new products.
• Promote our beauty brands and special offers to customers, driving sales and increasing our store's revenue.
• Collaborate with our team to create a positive and engaging retail environment that reflects our brand's values.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the beauty industry, and incorporate this knowledge into your advice and recommendations.
• Contribute to our store's overall success by working together with our team to achieve our goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a beauty retail or customer service role, preferably in a luxury or premium beauty brand.
• A strong understanding of the beauty industry, including knowledge of popular brands, products, and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members alike.
• A passion for beauty and a genuine desire to help customers find the perfect products for their needs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus, but not strictly required.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
