🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, financial services, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in driving financial inclusion initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the MSME sector and its unique challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
