Airbnb is looking for a Senior Host Development Lead, Incentives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of incentive programs that encourage and reward hosts for providing exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our incentive programs are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement incentive programs that drive host engagement and retention.,Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving host performance.,Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to design and launch new incentive initiatives.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for incentive initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in incentive program management.,Lead and mentor a team of Host Development Specialists, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.,Communicate effectively with hosts, providing clear and concise information about incentive programs and their benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in incentive program management, host development, or a related field.,Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful incentive programs.,Familiarity with Airbnb's platform and host experience is a plus.,Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Excel is a plus.
