📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive workplace safety assessments and inspections.
• Monitor air quality and other environmental factors to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to mitigate risks.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety practices and procedures.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify potential hazards and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of safety measures into all operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain safety documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Hygiene, with a focus on mining or similar high-risk environments.
• Certification as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with safety management systems and ISO 45001 standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using safety management software such as SAP Hygiene, or similar tools.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
